Just a few reminders for those of you who plan to return to in person learning on Tuesday, January 19.
Hours at Hurricane Town will be the same as they were at the beginning of the year. Doors open at 8:00am and dismissal is at 2:50pm.
For the safety of all students & staff, we will not be allowing visitors into the building & we will not be accepting outside deliveries or drop-off of items.
We will have an abundance of staff outside each morning to help children into the building. It would be helpful if you could tag their backpack with their grade level and/or teacher's name as well as bus number. Bus info can be found on the PCS website.
Please make sure your child knows how they will be getting home at the end of each day. Sending a note to the teacher on Tuesday with this information would also be helpful. Friendly reminder that YMCA will not be reopening their aftercare program at our school at this time.
The lunch menu is available on our website & on the PCS Connect app.
If your child is ill, in quarantine, or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you do not send them to school. Please follow the "Should I Come to School?" checklist on our school website, or the guidance found on PCS or WVDE websites to screen your child at home each morning.
As always, if you have questions, please reach out to your child's teacher or call the school.
We can't wait to welcome our students back on Tuesday! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
