Hurricane Middle School is Putnam County's largest middle school with an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students in grades 6-8. We are located at 518 Midland Trail in Hurricane, WV.

Hurricane Middle School has been named a West Virginia Exemplary School. Students at HMS have the opportunity to excel not only in academics, but also in a variety of sports and extra-curricular activities.
